- 2 cups turkey OR chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons Argo® or Kingsford's® Corn Starch
- 2 tablespoons turkey fat drippings, skimmed from pan

- Stir turkey broth and corn starch in a 1-1/2-quart microwaveable bowl until smooth. Season to taste.
- Microwave on HIGH (100%), 7 to 9 minutes, stirring twice, until mixture boils; boil 1 minute.
- Remove from microwave. Stir in fat drippings.
