Cake Pan Coating
Great for intricate fancy cake pans; use this coating to prevent cake or breads from tearing or breaking apart when removing from the pan. And, if you are baking gluten-free, this one has you covered!

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Argo® Corn Starch
- 1/2 cup Canola oil
- OR Vegetable Plus! Oil
- 1/2 cup shortening
Directions
- Beat all ingredients toether with a mixer until smooth and creamy. Keep refrigerated. When ready to use apply coating to cake pans with pastry brush.
- This will keep 4 to 6 months.
