Ingredients
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 tablespoon Argo® Corn Starch
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup orange marmalade
Directions
- Combine orange juice and corn starch in a small saucepan. Whisk in ginger, garlic powder and salt. Cook over medium heat until sauce comes to a boil; reduce heat and cook for 1 minute. Stir in orange marmalade.
- Brush over baked chicken or salmon the last 10 minutes of cooking.
