Ingredients

  • Bone-in chicken wings
  • 1/3 cup Argo® Corn Starch
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon pepper seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Directions

  1. Make a dry rub of corn starch, salt, lemon pepper seasoning, smoked paprika, garlic powder and onion powder
  2. Preheat your air fryer to 380 degrees
  3. Pat the wings dry with a paper towel, lightly coat with oil. Then coat with the rub. Spread them out in the air fryer. Give them room to crisp, you may have to work in batches.
  4. Air fry at at 380 for 20 minutes, turning halfway, until internal temp reads 165
