Ingredients
- Bone-in chicken wings
- 1/3 cup Argo® Corn Starch
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon lemon pepper seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Directions
- Make a dry rub of corn starch, salt, lemon pepper seasoning, smoked paprika, garlic powder and onion powder
- Preheat your air fryer to 380 degrees
- Pat the wings dry with a paper towel, lightly coat with oil. Then coat with the rub. Spread them out in the air fryer. Give them room to crisp, you may have to work in batches.
- Air fry at at 380 for 20 minutes, turning halfway, until internal temp reads 165
